Our logo was designed for us by graphic designer Lisa McKenzie and combines an Australian icon, the kangaroo, with the patterns and colours found in the sand in the Australian outback.

The stylised icon gives the kangaroo a modern look. One of Australia’s most iconic natural features is the vast desert and the icon has been created with a pattern reflective of the patterns appearing in the sand in the Australian outback. The colour palette for this logo has been drawn from the natural colours found in the desert, further giving it a uniquely Australian look.
Our name is a combination of who we are and everything Australian.
We decided it couldn’t be just the standard 'Tenors' name – we needed something different. 'Tenorz' is a combination of two motifs – firstly and most obvious is the word Tenor, but then the capital 'O' and 'Z' in the name represent OZ (Australia).
And to put all doubt to rest as to where we come from, we used the iconic name, known worldwide, for where we Aussies originate – Downunder.
Thus the name and the group were formed.
